Leah Bett Nursing Services is a Disability Service Provider in Alice Springs. Our services are open to everyone, regardless of age, ability, gender, sexual preference, culture, ethnicity, or faith. Our Nurses and Support Workers are well trained, compassionate and caring. We provide SIL, respite and in-home support.
