At Pathfinders, we deliver tailored outdoor and adventure-based programs that promote social inclusion and enable healing for vulnerable young people. Our programs are designed to be accessible and promote pro-social behaviours, internal capacities, and community connections. Depending on the needs of the young person or group, our programs can range from a few hours to a few days in length. We believe that by providing supportive and nurturing environments, we can help young people overcome adversity and build a brighter future.

Our therapeutic adventure programs are open to young people aged 10-17. We conduct both group and individual programs. We have limited spaces available so it’s important to make a referral as soon as possible to secure a spot. These are fee for service programs.
