Landing Spot deliver allied health services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Counselling, and Behavioural Therapy to NDIS participants in the Northern Territory. Our clinicians are based Australia wide and deliver services via an innovative robotic technology platform to consumers accessing our Darwin hub.

Our program engages young people ages 5-25 across our region, delivering regular youth program in Amoonguna, Areyonga (Utju), Docker River (Kaltukatjara), Haasts Bluff (Ikuntji), Hermannsburg (Ntaria), Imanpa, Finke (Aputula), Kintore (Walungurru), Mount Liebig (Watiyawanu), Papunya (Warumpi), Santa Teresa (Ltyentye Apurte) & Titjikala.

We deliver activities that engage young people in sport and recreation, cultural learning, health education, leadership development, safety and diversion & support to engage with engage with education, training and development.

This program provides a wide range of support services for young people aged 12 – 21 years of age from refugee, humanitarian and migrant backgrounds who:

• have arrived in Australia in the previous five years on humanitarian and/or family visas; and
• are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Reconnect Youth aims to assist young people to stabilise their living situation and improve their level of engagement with family, work, education, training and their local community.

Melaleuca Australia has been appointed and is funded by the Department of Social Services as a Specialist Service Provider to coordinate and deliver the program.

Central to our service delivery is a strong emphasis on culturally appropriate support strategies and the engagement of specialists to address the individual needs of our clients, such as mental health services.

We’re leading change, building social inclusion, and advocating for an Australia where all young people are safe, empowered, and surrounded by people that support them.

Through a preventative model of mental health support, we tackle social isolation by creating fun-filled spaces where LGBTQIA+ young people belong and are celebrated. Being visible, making friends and feeling supported are what our events are about.

The SPIN 180 program in Darwin supports young people who are at risk of homelessness or who have disengaged from school, education, employment or their family and community. The program aims to divert them away from homelessness and anti-social behaviour, which can have far-reaching impacts on their functioning in the community.

Cafe One offers a twelve-week training course for employment skills to young people, ages 16 to 24, in Darwin and Palmerston, who are disengaged from employment or education, at risk of or experiencing homelessness, or struggling with substance abuse and/or mental health conditions.

The Housing for Young People Program provides housing for young people aged 18-25 who are leaving, or who have previously left, Out of Home Care. The program helps young people to access appropriate, affordable, safe and secure housing in the private rental market across Greater Darwin, and supports them to develop the skills they need to live independently. Young people accessing the service are required to engage in education or training, community activities, and/or employment while they are a part of the service.

Missionbeat NT is a mobile outreach service providing support to young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, disengagement and mental health issues in Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding regions. Operating on Friday and Saturday nights, our Missionbeat youth workers engage young people in places where they meet. The service offers brief interventions, engagement and direct referrals to services, with ongoing case management provided by Mission Australia’s complementary local programs.

Mission Australia’s Transition to Work provides no cost employment services to help employers recruit young employees, while supporting them to enter the workforce. This can include trainees and apprentices. If you have left school early or have had difficulty finding work after school, our Transition to Work service can help you build your skills and confidence and support you into work or education, including apprenticeships or traineeships.
