What We Do
Ace Care and Community Services offers a wide range of services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which may include:
Plan management: Manage the NDIS funding to the optimal benefit of the client and pay in 3 days.
Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Community Access: Helping clients participate in community activities, attend events, or stay connected with their community.
In-Home Support: Providing assistance with household tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Capacity Building: Focusing on skill development to enhance independence and life skills, tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
