About COTA NT – Council on the Ageing NT Inc

Council on the Ageing NT (COTA NT) is a non-for-profit peak organisation representing the rights, needs and interests of senior Territorians aged over 45 (indigenous) and over 50 (non- indigenous). It provides:

• Information and advocacy services
• Policy review and consumer representation
• Events and workshops throughout the year
• Special events and workshop during Seniors

It runs a number of services advocating for and in support of seniors’ groups, individuals, CaLD community and social engagement.

Council on the Ageing NT’s priorities for seniors include: advocating for accommodation, transport, access and infrastructure design, employment and discrimination.
