About Country Connect Foundation Limited

Country Connect Foundation is a First Nations-led organisation delivering culturally safe and community-driven support services across remote and regional Australia. Established in response to the lack of appropriate care in remote communities, we work alongside individuals, families, and local leaders to provide holistic, person-centred support that respects cultural identity, community connection, and local knowledge.

Our services include disability and wellbeing supports, youth programs, supported accommodation (including SIL and respite), and specialist homelessness services. We prioritise employing and upskilling a local workforce, ensuring that support is delivered by people who understand the language, culture, and values of the communities we serve.
