Darwin Community Arts (DCA) is an independent, membership-driven, not-for-profit association, that focuses on community-based arts and cultural development.

Be the leader of an innovative, community-based and community-driven movement for making and sharing art in a fragile world; BE an ecologically-responsible, sustainable, viable, entrepreneurial, democratic, and non-hierarchical Community Arts and Cultural Development (CACD) organisation; BE a key contributor from the CACD sector to building ecologically-responsible, sustainable, safe, inclusive, and creative neighbourhoods.
