About Gulf Youth and Community Service

Gulf Youth & Community Services (GYCS) is a community-led, not-for-profit organisation based in Borroloola, Northern Territory, dedicated to supporting children, young people, adults and families to thrive. We deliver a range of culturally responsive programs that promote wellbeing, resilience, education, health, social inclusion and community connection. Our services include youth engagement and diversion programs, early childhood and family support, NDIS services, community activities, sport and recreation, cultural programs, and alcohol and other drug (AOD) support and prevention initiatives. Working in partnership with local communities, Traditional Owners and key stakeholders, GYCS is committed to creating safe, inclusive and empowering opportunities that strengthen individuals, families and the wider Gulf community.
