Since 1999, TCASS™ has been a trusted family-owned organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities live their best lives.

We were founded by Sharm Bali in Darwin and are locally operated from our three locations – Darwin, Alice Springs and Cairns

We believe in person-centred care, offering a wide range of flexible support services designed to empower people to thrive in their own communities.

At TCASS™, we understand that everyone is unique. We work closely with participants, their families, and a network of healthcare professionals, government agencies, and NGOs to create a personalized support plan that meets individual needs.
