TEMHCO supports people living with mental illness through friendship and understanding.

TEMHCO promotes maintaining good mental wellbeing and encourages the development of life-skills and actively promoting the reduction of the stigma surrounding mental illness.

TEMHCO is centred around a drop-in centre style and our programs and activities assist and promote improved mental wellbeing at any stage of a person’s mental health recovery.

TEMHCO provide education and information about support options, holistic treatments and therapies available. Members are able to engage us to provide advocacy and assist them to engage with other services and the community.
