CatholicCare NT – Community Mental Health

The Community Mental Health program supports families with children and young people who show signs of mental illness. Our goal is to improve mental health and wellbeing for individuals, families and communities. We help children, young people and their families by providing support, assistance and group work. We provide community outreach, mental health promotion and education. Communities that understand mental health needs can improve mental health outcomes.
