Anglicare NT – Community Housing Services

Community Housing is offered in Alice Springs for people on low to moderate incomes. Located at Bloomfield Street, the housing complexes include two-bedroom units that are available to rent.

Each unit features a courtyard, open plan dining and kitchen area, plenty of storage and an individual car space.

To be eligible to apply you must:

• Currently live in the Northern Territory
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Be 16 years or older
• Meet the income and asset limits
• Be able to demonstrate that you can sustain a tenancy
