Access to a heated 25-metre pool for hydrotherapy and water-based rehabilitation. The warm water and buoyancy assist with pain management, mobility, post-surgical recovery and gentle strengthening.
We work with local physiotherapy and allied health clinics and welcome practitioner referrals. Participants may attend independently with a program provided by their treating practitioner.
The pool is quiet and uncrowded, with off-street parking on site. Bookings are essential.
