Our free and anonymous phone service provides a safe space to talk through your concerns – whether you’re worried about your own thoughts or behaviour, or those of another adult. You don’t need to share any identifying information – you can access anonymous support and advice.

We help you explore your concerns and take practical steps to prevent harm.

Stop It Now! primarily focuses on prevention by supporting individuals concerned about their own thoughts or behaviour, as well as family members and others seeking guidance. If you are a victim-survivor of child sexual abuse, you can access dedicated support on our Victim-Survivors page.
