Our Sub-Acute Residential Services offer a safe, recovery-oriented space for people experiencing mental health challenges – providing short-term, stabilising support to help bridge the gap between hospital and home.
TeamHEALTH’s Top End House in Darwin provides two tailored psychosocial rehabilitation accommodation programs – Papaya and Jacaranda – designed to support adults living with mental ill-health in their recovery. Both programs offer structured, person-centred support in a safe, therapeutic environment, with a strong focus on skill-building, confidence, and community reintegration.
