✔ Employment Assistance & Supports – Helping participants become job-ready through capacity building, skills development, and ongoing workplace support. We assist with career planning, resume writing, interview preparation, workplace communication, and on-the-job coaching to support long-term employment success.
✔ In and Around the Home Supports – Assistance with household tasks, cleaning, and garden maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home environment.
✔ Transport Services – Safe and reliable transport for appointments, shopping, and community activities, ensuring participants can stay connected and independent.
✔ Community Access – Support to engage in social, cultural, and recreational activities, promoting inclusion and participation in everyday life.
