TRACKS Care is an Indigenous-owned and operated organisation dedicated to providing culturally safe and person-centred disability services. We specialise in Employment Assistance Supports under NDIS Capacity Building – Finding and Keeping a Job, helping participants prepare for, secure, and maintain meaningful employment.

TRACKS Care is the sister company of TRACKS Integrated Services, a local recruitment company that has been operating for seven years. This strong foundation gives us genuine connections with local employers, allowing us to create real employment opportunities for our participants. Our employment programs are designed to be structured yet flexible, ensuring that participants receive tailored support that aligns with their strengths, goals, and interests.

What We Offer:

TRACKS Care provides a range of supports to help individuals build their employability skills and gain workplace experience. Our highly skilled Employment Mentors come from diverse professional backgrounds, including inclusion support, Disability Employment Services (DES), and Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE), ensuring participants receive expert guidance in their employment journey.

Our Employment Assistance Supports Include:

✅ Work Experience & Volunteering

• Coordinating hands-on work experience placements in supported environments.
• Linking participants to volunteer roles to build confidence and practical skills.
• Facilitating exposure to different industries to help participants make informed career choices.

✅ Support to Find Employment

• Assisting participants in exploring suitable job opportunities.
• Connecting with employers and coordinating interviews.
• Networking with Disability Employment Services (DES) and other job providers to ensure the best employment outcomes.

✅ Ongoing Workplace Support

• Assistance with transitioning into new workplaces and understanding workplace culture.
