TRACKS Care is an Indigenous-owned and operated organisation providing culturally safe, person-centred disability services. Our Community Access services support participants in engaging with their communities, promoting independence, social inclusion, and personal growth in culturally meaningful ways.
TRACKS Care has developed and implemented a Culturally Safe Service Delivery Framework to ensure high-quality, respectful, and responsive support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disabilities. We prioritise cultural security, ensuring that services align with participants’ values, traditions, and individual aspirations.
Our Community Access services provide participants with the opportunity to participate in everyday activities, engage in social and cultural events, and develop important life skills.

✅ Transport to and from activities, ensuring safe and reliable travel.
✅ Help with running errands such as shopping, banking, and essential services.

✅ Supporting the development of communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Assisting with navigating public spaces and using public transport.
✅ Providing guidance on participating in group activities and building social connections.
