NDIS Support Coordination services are designed to support participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) with their NDIS plans.

If you are allocated Support Coordination in your NDIS plan, our Support Coordinators can work with you to:

• understand your NDIS plan and budget
• choose your preferred support options or providers
• arrange required assessments to determine the funding available to you
• prepare for your NDIS plan review
