I provide customised support services to people with disabilities and am experienced at reviewing professional reports and histories and getting to know people. Learning people’s likes, dislikes, strengths, and needs helps me tailor great, individualised services.
Through this process, I design personalised plans to help my participants reach their goals.
The programs I create are informed by contact with participants, families, carers and Allied Health professionals.
I am a whizz at social media, and I like to support participants, families and support workers in ways to stay safe online and keep an eye out for each other.
I have a lot of experience in social media, identifying the risks and providing education and training that supports participants in being online safely.
I am also very practised at setting up procedures, tools and methods for using equipment such as phones, tablets and computers to make them user-friendly, safe and secure and training families, carers and support workers.
