Financial & Welfare Support: Assisting with Centrelink & Carers benefits applications and connecting patients to emergency relief and support services.
Healthcare Navigation & Advocacy: Supporting patients with healthcare advocacy and paperwork, ensuring patients receive the services and care they deserve.
Transport Assistance: Providing reliable transportation to and from medical appointments and organising Return to Country visits so patients can reconnect with home.
Social Connection & Wellbeing: Organising lunches, bush picnics, and social outings to prevent loneliness. Visiting patients in hospital, at home, or in accommodation to check on their wellbeing.
