Top 2 Bottom Nursing Services is a provider of in-home continence and wound care assessments, product prescriptions and support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), general practice and community settings.

Services provided:

1. Support with continence needs and catheter care – assessment of the participants continence needs for bladder &/or bowel, indwelling or suprapubic catheter management and education, stoma care and management, product prescription and support through the NDIS plan.
2. Expert wound management and care– an informed and collaborative approach to wound care using the National wound standards and guidelines. Acute, chronic and pressure injury management.
3. Chronic disease management and education
4. Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) care and management
5. Development of an NDIS assessment report
