Danila Dilba Aged Care Supports and Services

Danila Dilba offers a range of Aged Care supports and services through the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care (NATSIFAC) program and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). These offerings help our Elders to continue to live safely and independently at home and in their communities.

Our services include:

• Transport to and from appointments
• Social and practical outings (e.g. Weekly trip to Food Bank)
• Social group activities
• One-on-one support to visit the shops or attend appointments
• Allied Health services and equipment
• Exercise and wellness activities (e.g. Deadly Seniors Exercise group)
• Elder Care Support Program
