Orange Sky, in partnership with Mala’la Health Service, has been providing free mobile laundry facilities in Maningrida community since January 2020.
This partnership is valuable for supporting the Maningrida Community in a really practical way.
A team of local Community Workers from Mala’la have received training in operating the service and van.
The workers are providing shifts at different locations in the five suburbs in Maningrida:
Since the begining of this partnership in January 2020, the team have done
3127 loads of washing, which is equivalent to an incredible 47 tonne of washing.
