FCD Health Limited – Palmerston GP Super Clinic Services

The Palmerston GP Super Clinic operates seven days per week, 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am – 6 pm Saturday.

Services offered include:

Chronic Disease Management
Care Planning
Immunisation Clinics
General Health and Well-Being checks; and a range of allied health and other specialist services such as
Dietetics;
Paediatrics;
Podiatry;
Psychology; and
Psychiatry.

General Practice Medicare Rebatable services for DVA Card Holders, Pensioners and Health Care Card holders as well as people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island descent and children under 16 years for General Practice Medicare rebatable services are bulk billed.

All other services may attract a private fee.
